Needs WAYYYYY MORE protection

This game is horrible, I think I have been on like 7 worlds and someone way more powerful conquers me a few weeks after my beginners protection ends, a few weeks is not enough time for some newbie to build up their army and city, I technically am still a newbie cause Im never around long enough to learn the game and actually try conquering a city, not even a barbarian one, why make a game that most people cant actually play, I have no money so I cant waste any of it for extra stuff, the support people wont even respond to my support tickets, I cant believe I wasted my time with this dumb game, once my new world ends, Im gone for good...
