Robbed, cant validate email, doesnt reply to tickets

I payed $15 for in game content to assist me in the game and it never came though. I submitted a ticket/email and they never replied.

I found out later I cant validate my email to same my account info.

My Phone and game is up to date and still not working.

This could be a fun game but they dont keep it up to date and dont have any customer service.
